Q. How many meals do you provide in a day?
A. There is the 4 meal plan and the 6 meal plan. We don’t label meals as breakfast, lunch, dinner etc. Our main aim is to provide solid filling meals to our clients so that they don’t feel tempted to snack.
Q. What is your Clientele like?
A. Our clients include celebrities like Kris Gethin, Alia Bhatt, Siddharth Malhotra, Ranveer Singh, Katrina Kaif, Shahid Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor. They look forward to their meals every single day.
Q. What does each meal include?
A. Meal 1: usually includes eggs and oats (in the form of pancakes or muffins)
Meal 2: includes either chicken or fish as the protein along with quinoa, couscous, rice or noodles as the carbohydrates. For vegetarians the protein options would include tofu, dal or paneer along with vegetables. We also air fry sweet potatoes and include it with the meal at times.
Meal 3: also includes some form of protein that is different from the one given in Meal 2 with carbohydrates. The main aim is to give our clients a taste of everything so they don’t get bored.
Meal 4: We start reducing the carbohydrate intake as the latter half of the day approaches. We usually offer a salad here along with low-fat dressing.
Meal 5 and Meal 6: We usually serve some form of meat with veggies. Our main purpose to do this is because it keeps one feeling full for a longer time; it prevents people from binge eating late at night.
Q. Are meals standardized for all clients?
A. Not at all. Every individual’s body is different and has different nutritional needs. Everyone has different goals they want to reach when it comes to their body. Some may want to gain, some lose, some maintain and others tone up. By looking at their exercise regime and calorie requirements, we make different quantities and portions for different clients.
Q. What else do you make apart from these set meals?
A. We also make different types of jams including raspberry jam and plum jam with chia seeds. Enzymes in these jams burn fat. We also include cheat meals occasionally, which include an open burger or sandwich, reducing the carbohydrate content. We also include a lot of garlic in our meals, being a natural fat burner.
Q. Where do you get your supply of meat?
A. All our meat is of the highest quality. We get our chicken from an organic farm in Panvel. In season, we get the local catch and off-season we use good quality frozen fish like Salmon and Basa.
Q. How does the delivery system work?
The two passionate trained chefs Harsh Dixit and Mohit Savargaonkar cook all day to ensure quality and convenience. They deliver the meals in two lots daily, to make sure the freshness of the food is up to the mark. One delivery is from 6 AM to 9 AM and the other one is from 12PM to 2PM.
No delivery charges usually for Bandra west, Juhu and Andheri West. For areas outside this zone, a delivery charge may be payable.
