I have been training since a little over 10 years now.
I have tried Krav Maga, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting and Cross-fit, my workouts are a mix of what I’ve picked up from these different disciplines. Setting a measurable goal keeps the training fun and motivating. For me, the goals have varied from squatting 5 plates each side, doing 100lbs dips, weighted pull ups, one hand push ups to doing handstands.3-4 Hours of intentional exercise a week and the additional small steps of : take the stairs, walk more, park your car a little further, have an active weekend etc will get you there. Keeping active is not the difficult part in today’s fast paced life filled with FOMO, it’s the rest and recovery that has become a challenge.
